Nurturing a Bonsai is a long term investment and indeed this is one of the the appealing aspects of the hobby. (For most of us anyway) However with many conflicting and sometimes confusing nuggets of advise on how to go about this, it can be hard to decide on what you need to ensure that it grows healthy. Another common topic is how best to show off your tree stylishly to complement not only its best features but also the space in which you keep it whether outdoors in your garden or indoors in a living or office space.
In this section, we shall look at various tools and how to use them. Because there are so many different ones to choose from, we shall also discuss which ones are absolutely necessary and which ones are nice to have but not that important. To be honest when you are starting out you do not need to over whelm yourself with lots of different tools so it is nice to know the basic ones.
Something that could be included in the accessory category would be pots and different containers. When choosing a pot, I like start with figuring out what its main function will be and then taking it from there. For example a grow pot does not have to be very fancy as long as it has drain holes and is the right size, while one that will be used to display the tree is usually fancier. This section of the site will have other tips/guides.
We shall also look at how use and to take care of the tools and other accessories once you have acquired them so that you can use them for a long period of time.
These articles are off course from my own experience with bonsai (I am by no means a guru but more of a beginner with lots of passion for these amazing trees) the information also comes hours spent online and reading books.
Hope you find useful information here.Thank you.
